AXElectronic began with Aaron Carman, an electrical engineering graduate student at Texas Tech University. After completing his degree, Aaron wanted a way to share what he had learned over his years as an electrical engineering student. Thus, AXElectronic was formed. In addition to his other hobbies, Aaron is also an amateur (or ham) radio operator. When thinking of the name of his new organization, his callsign, W5AXE, came to mind. By dropping the first letter and number, AXElectronic was created.

The goal of AXElectronic is to provide electronics tutorials applicable to a wide audience: from experienced hobbyists to someone just starting out. Tutorials are given in an informative yet digestible format, while projects are explained in detail so that you can not only replicate them for yourself, but understand what you are doing!
